2. Information we collect

• Account data: If you register or sign in (including with email/password or Google), we store the profile fields needed to run the service (e.g. name, username, email, password hash where applicable).
• Usage & technical data: We may log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and page URLs) to operate the site, improve performance, and protect against abuse.
• Sheet CRM usage metrics: For licensed or quota-based Sheet CRM features, we may store aggregated usage counters on your account (for example how many automated actions were used). This is operational data for billing and limits, not marketing profiles.
• Content you submit: When you add projects, profile details, or similar, that content is stored to display it as you intend.

3. Google Sign-In and Google APIs (Sheet CRM)

If you use Sign in with Google to access Google Sheet CRM features, Google’s authorization screen explains the access you grant. We request permissions needed for the product to work with spreadsheets you choose or can access (for example reading/editing sheet data you direct the app to open, and limited Drive access where required to list or resolve files).

We do not view the contents of your private spreadsheet cells. Data is processed so the application can display your spreadsheet to you, save it, or perform the actions you request, without viewing or logging them.

We do not sell your Google data to third parties.

OAuth tokens needed for Google are handled according to Google’s requirements and stored in your server-side session (or equivalent secure mechanism) for the duration needed to provide the feature.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies or similar storage as needed for sessions (e.g. staying logged in, security tokens, language or UI preferences). Essential cookies are used to operate the service.

5. Sharing and processors
